The Deposit is based on the unit size and is only refundable if the lease terms are met and the unit is returned clean and in good condition.

Our lease is a standard lease provided through the National Apartment Association. We offer a 12 month lease for the posted price, or a 6 month short lease for $50 more per month.

Parking is not assigned, and is open to all registered vehicles. All unregistered vehicles must park in guest parking.

Each unit has washer/dryer hookups, as well as a microwave, fridge and freezer combo, four top oven, and a dishwasher. There is a code protected coin laundry on site for those without machines.

Yes, our quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.

Fair-Market means that we conduct a yearly survey to see what the housing market in our area is doing, and change our rates to be competitive. Essentially, it means that rent rates can fluctuate with the housing market, and are not based on income.
